  1. A Hundred Blessings (3:31)

    Lyrics by Rumi

When Love comes suddenly and taps
on your window, run and let it in, but first
shut the door of your reason,
even the smallest hint chases love away,
like smoke that drowns the freshness
    of the morning breeze.
To reason, Love can only say
the way is barred, you can’t pass through,
but to the lover it offers a hundred blessings.
Before the mind decides to take a step,
Love has reached the seventh heaven.
Love has climbed the Holy Mountain.
I must stop this talk now and let
Love speak from its nest of silence.

  2. Sa Ta Na Ma (8:05)

    Sa Ta Na Ma

    Translation:
Infinity (totality of cosmos), Life (birth of form from the infinity), Death (transformation), Rebirth

This mantra describes the continous cycle of life and creation.
This mantra increases intuition and creates a destiny where there was none.

English lyrics from the poem “Hidden Music” by Rumi:

We have fallen in the arms of love where all is music.
Don’t be worried if all the candles in the world flicker and die,
we have the spark that starts the fire.
Stop the flow of your words,
open the window of your heart and
    let the spirit speak.

  3. Pavan Guru (7:57)

Pavan pavan pavan pavan par para paaraa pavan guru
Pavan guru wahay guru wahay guru pavan guru

    Translation:
    Pavan – The Divine Breath
Par Para – From Beyond the Beyond
Pavan Guru – The Breath is the Guru
Wahe Guru – the Experience of the Divine

Pavan is the air, the breath, the carrier of the prana or life force. This mantra increases the pranic energy.

Spanish Lyrics, based on comments by Yogi Bhajan on this mantra.

Cada respiro , cada impulso, cada instante
    Un beso de díos,
    Volviendo al hogar.
Que la fuerza de la vida sea contigo.

    Translation:
Every breath, every impulse, every instant
    is a kiss of god,
    is coming home.
May the force of life be with you.

  4. Aadays Tisai Aadays (7:25)

Aadays Tisai Aadays Aad Aneel Anaad Anaahat Jug Jug Ayko Vays

Translation: All honor to the One, Hail the Primal Being whose attributes cannot be described, Who is without beginning, the Unstruck Sound, and whose form is One through every Age.

This mantra burns our doubts and elevates our faith.
It initiates you into the knowledge and wisdom which is within all.

English words based on a poem by Yogi Bhajan

My little two eyes can see,
they can see and I can feel
the vastness of the infinite sea,
deep and blue, stock of life,
    and its deepest power.
My little two eyes can see,
    that all contains in small,
and my small sight can see all.

  5. Ra Ma Da Sa (11:13)

    Healing Mantra

Raa Maa Daa Saa Saa Say So Hung

This mantra taps into the energies of the sun, moon, earth, and the Infinite Spirit to bring deep healing. It can be chanted to heal the self or to send healing energy to anyone you wish.

  6. Joy Like Spring (3:43)

    Lyrics by Thich Nhat Hanh

    I arrive in every second,
in order to laugh and cry…
    the rythm of my heart
is the birth and death of all that are alive.

    My joy is like spring,
so warm it makes flowers bloom,
    in my hands

My pain is like a river,
of tears so full it fills up
    all the four oceans

    I arrive in every second.

    ~ Thich Nhat Hanh

  7. Prithvi Hai (6:58)

Prithvi Hai, Akash Hai, Guru Ram Das Hai.

This mantra represents the struck sound of the earth (Prithvi) and the vast, unstruck sound of the ether (Akash) projected from the rising consciousness of the heart, from the neutral mind, which is the energy of Guru Ram Das.
This mantra can penetrate the cosmos, transcending past, present, and future.

    English words by Markus Harimandir

    I’m coming home, Mother Earth.
    I’m coming home, Father Sky.
    The river of life
    brings me home,
    every moment awakens my soul.

    I’m coming home, Mother Earth.
    I’m coming home, Father Sky.
    I’m the river itself,
    sounding white,
    destinated, wild and free.

  8. Gobinday (6:42)

    (Guru Gaitri Mantra)

Gobinday Mukanday Udaaray Apaaray Hareeang Kareeang Nirnaamay Akaamay

Translation: Sustainer, Liberator, Enlightener, Infinite, Destroyer, Creator, Nameless, Desireless

These are the eight attributes of God.

This mantra brings stability to the hemispheres of the brain and works on the Heart Center to develop compassion, patience and tolerance, uniting one with the Infinite. Its is a mantra of protection and deathlessness.

  9. Despierta (6:14)

    Poem by Rumi

    Translation:
You have been a slave of cold winters
You have lived far away from the gardens
    of nightingales and roses,
Wake up, now is the time,
if you miss it, it will never come back.

Interlude: lâ ilâha illâ huwa (sacred arabic phrase) …there is no god but He…

  10. Even As Night (3:13)

    Anymous ancient Zen Poem

Even as night darkens the earth
    The wheel turns and turns.
    Death follows birth,
    Strive as you sleep ,
    With every breath,
    May you awake ,
    past day, past death.
