Sound and Self
Workshop for Naad Yoga and Self exploring through your voice
The voice is the expression of the soul.
The voice is spirit and life.
How we produce sound, listen to sound and these practices affect the human consciousness. The work with the voice is an invitation to penetrate in the corner of your own soul, in a direct way, with no analize or interpretations, only traveling through the vibrations of the voice.
Working consciously with your body, breath and emotions, we are going to get in touch with your voice in a spontancous way, without judging.
We will go into the meanings of mantras and how they work in relation to our state of mind and will discover the healing capacity that our voice possesses.
Music improvisational meditation - How improvising music alone or together can create a state of balance and harmony with the whole universe. (bring an insrument, if you have)

The creative moment
Workshop to explore your own personality and spirituality through theatre.
To develop confidence in your own potential and self is one of the bases to accomplish an authentic expression. The path that takes us there leads us through a discovering of our own body, which is a container of all our memories and perceptions. With exercises in improvisation, we will develop a consciousness for these constantly changing inner realities and in this way learn to follow the voice of our body and find its own free expression. To listen inside ourselves calms the mind and brings us to the present moment, where all of our creativity is. In this way, to be creative means to be in the present moment. The work with the body, our consciousness and our fantasy will give us an idea of the vastness of the human imaginative power.
When we transform our sensations and memories in an action, we create a distance between them and ourselves. This gives us the possibility to see them as universal experiences. This workshop should serve to remind us of our own creative potential and, with confidence in ourselves, find our true nature.
